Hard to believe huh? If, as reported, we are going to be producing more than our friends the saudis by 2016 from what is being done on private land, just think how independent we would be if we could use the land that used to belong to all of us. Oops. Sorry off limits. Planning is in work for this parcel to be one of the "sky islands". Agenda 21 anybody? Of course the increase in production is already paying off here in Reno. They're practically giving gas away at a mere $3.57/gal. Like chrissy matthews I got a thrill up my leg now.
