Salazar along with Barack Obama have already "Punched Out The American People" by cutting oil and gas drilling in half during Obama's First Term so threatening a reporter with the same should come as no surprise. Oil production is up overall in the US because of drilling on private land that the Interior Dept has no control over but on Federal Land and Offshore drilling is down 60% and 39% respectively. In many cases leases that were paid for years ago are still not producing because the drilling permits have not been issued.

Salazar has been inside the beltway far too long. He is an arrogant POS entitled elitist parasite living off the tax tit.

Unemployment, debt, revenue would be vastly improved if these morons would allow it. However, ideology trumps everything. So America will continue its decline. Thanks all you environmenal whack jobs. Thanks a lot.

Hard to believe huh? If, as reported, we are going to be producing more than our friends the saudis by 2016 from what is being done on private land, just think how independent we would be if we could use the land that used to belong to all of us. Oops. Sorry off limits. Planning is in work for this parcel to be one of the "sky islands". Agenda 21 anybody? Of course the increase in production is already paying off here in Reno. They're practically giving gas away at a mere $3.57/gal. Like chrissy matthews I got a thrill up my leg now.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar is a bit sensitive these days about wild horses being sold to Mexican slaughter houses. The exchange happened on Election Day in Colorado.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar threatened to punch a reporter with the Colorado Springs Gazette after the reporter asked him about the Bureau of Land Management's wild horses program at an Election Day get-out-the-vote event.

Reporter Dave Philipps conducted a two-minute interview with Salazar, a Democrat, at the event at an Obama campaign office in Fountain on Election Day.

The interview — recorded by Philipps...
