Obama not only does not believe in the 2nd Amendment he also believes the entire Constitution is "basically a flawed document" that does not fit today's needs in America. He's on tape saying so and his actions support his own words. While many other Presidents have issued several Executive Orders, Obama is the first to use Executive Orders to completely bypass Congress where legislative action should have been required and to implement his own agenda outside his actual Executive Powers.
