Well since the Democrats have long wanted to trample on the 2nd Amendment I wouldn't look for too much action trampling on the 1st Amendment and restricting violent and sexually explicit videos and video games or TV shows and movies. I also wouldn't look for much action on mentally deficient folks because those are the people who vote for Democrats and they can't afford to lock them up.
