What is the difference between someone who votes for someone like Barack Obama because he's black and someone who votes against him because he's black? Aren't both a form of racism? I'm glad we have come far enough to elect our First Black President. I'm saddened by the fact of all the qualified African Americans there are in this country we picked somone who is such a loser. He's not a loser because he's black. He's a loser because of his ideology.

It would have been nice if the first black President was someone who genuinely loved this country and was dedicated to serving and saving it instead of "fundamentally transforming America."

His ideology comes from the fact he is black, even just half black. If I habitually vote against people who are black will I get a higher percent of better leaders? History says yes. World history also says yes. What we need to do is honestly discuss why instead of denying the truth. I think it is attributable to a basic character flaw. Very few black leaders are leaders in spite of their color. Obama is not a fluke. He is typical of what black people seek in a leader and get for their efforts. The worst part is I am called a racist for identifying the obvious.

So are you arguing that Walter Williams would be a liberal loser like Obama? I don't think you would and I know I wouldn't. Blackness doesn't lead to these policies -- believing the lie of progressivism does.

The Washington Post (10/25/2012), in giving President Barack Obama an endorsement for another four years, wrote, "Much of the 2012 presidential campaign has dwelt on the past, but the key questions are who could better lead the country during the next four years -- and, most urgently, who is likelier to put the government on a more sound financial footing." The suggestion appears to be that a president is not to be held accountable to his promises and past record and that his past record is no indication of his future behavior. Possibly, the Washington Post people believe that a black...
