For anyone who likes Obama's claim that he wants a "Balanced Approach" to lowering the Deficit by "Having America's Richest Pay Their Fair Share" I challenge you to list the things other than Defense that Obama is willing to cut from spending. Not what Congress listed in their Sequestration Legislation but Obama's list. What is it? Have you ever seen such a list? No you haven't because there isn't one. Should we keep spending $167 million per year to fund the Endowment for the Arts or another $167 million for the Endowment for the Humanaties? Obama has never outlined what he is willing to cut except Defense Spending. He claims if HE SPENDS IT it's an Investment.

But he is telling the truth...or didn't you get that during the campaign. He always tells the truth and says that he means and does what he says....what he really does is lie out his you know what. But, the unions, free loaders and morons put him in office again (or maybe just voter fraud did that), so I hope that we do fall off the cliff...this country needs a lot of hurt to realize that elections have consequences....I know we'll all hurt too, but sometimes people have to reap what they sow in order to wake up to the fact that unions are killing America and so is the free loaders and illegals. Until we hurt enough (like the Sandy victims) we learn nothing. I was sending money to feed the Sandy victims until they voted for Obama, after

Like most government programs.....the "Pig ain't never fat enough"...you can increase taxes on the rich or take all their money or you can tax everyone double....it will never be enough. There will NEVER be a time when the government pays down it's debt...they simply find other nonsensical programs to dump large volumes of cash into...usually to lose it all in folly.

The uneducated electorate (at least in economics) continues to dumbfound most logical commonsense Americans to ask...WHY?

If you recall one of Obama's Promises back in 2008 when he was first running for President he said he was to go through the Federal Budget Line by Line and cut out all Waste, Fraud and Abuse. If the spending wasn't absolutely necessary and in the country's best interest he was going to cut it out. Well he's been President for 4 years now and we're up to $16 Trillion in debt and he has yet to do any of this. If fact there is more wasteful spending now than any time in our history. Yet all we hear is that we need to raise taxes TO BE FAIR and reduce the deficit.

The most expensive tax in the history of the world has been proposed by the Obama administration and to hear them tell the story, you’d think the rest of us should be grateful.

“We want to create a global minimum tax,” said vice president Joe Biden, “because American taxpayers shouldn’t be providing a larger subsidy for investing abroad than investing at home.”

A global minimum tax is a tax on all profits made by nominally US companies that operate overseas. They operate overseas for various reasons, but one big reason is because corporate taxes are higher in...
