Larry, could you do some Research on the number of WAL-MART employee's use Food Stamps? Give us some facts please on who or what is causing this increase? Isn't that a trend of Wal-Mart not to provide a 'living wage' but to allow the government to subsidize their employee's income? {Similar to their Dead Peasants Insurance/Interest Scam.} And then once you investigate that, how many 'WORKING' people use Food Stamps? How many PH.D's ...or better yet the Educational level who are collecting Food Stamps? What was the growth in Food Stamps due to: you know Tornado's, Hurricanes, the Recession? Did they decline afterwards? What's the cost of Administering Food Stamps both Federal & State, and which elites (both sides) get those jobs?

My daughter works at Walmart, and it is no different from other large box stores in that regard. $13.50 per hour, I believe ,is the limit for floor help who are not managers, and that is after 10 years at the job. I worked at Lowe's, and they are going the same route, few full-time floor help. part-time sales, meaning usually kids who do not know what a hose bibb or a roll pin is. This is the problem I have never been able to get people to see about the stock market. In order to pay the stockholders, the employee help has to be marginalized. My son has been working 60+ hours a week as a civil engineer because the company was sold by the stockholders secretly, and the purchasing company began gutting it to maximize profits.

Employees were laid off; others simply saw what was going on and quit. As my son told me one day, I went to work as a part of a family and left as a punch card by the time clock. He was very proud of his work, and had made many secure accounts, but this cold-hearted approach to running a business is killing American excellence. When employee concerns are not paramount, the business ultimately will fail. Yes, I would suspect that many at Walmart are on food stamps, but not my daughter.

With the unprecedented budget explosion of means-tested, welfare-related entitlements, does Team Obama think it can buy the election?

It's a cynical question. But I wouldn't put it past that cynical bunch.

Remember Harry Hopkins, Franklin Roosevelt's close aid? It was Hopkins who argued tax and tax, spend and spend, elect and elect. Sound familiar? And if I'm not mistaken, the high-tax, anti-rich, big-spending, redistributionist FDR is one of Barack Obama's idols.

So let's take a look at some of the recent budget-explosion data points:

According to Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, means-tested...
