News: Old, White Liberals OK with Obamacare

This old white recovering liberal wants no part of Obamacare. "they didn’t vote for anything and just let tax cuts expire that somehow they won’t have to own the resulting tax increases" Watch the polls. With each passing day, they show that the Dems will get away with blaming everything on Republicans. Republicans are powerless to stop either the bad effects of Obama or taking the blame for the results.

Yes, Colonialgirl, but we will all be history by the time the zero is properly held in contempt.

Possibly the ONLY way republicans will NOT get the blame is if they vote "present" on all tax and budget bills, and insure that that information gets out each and every day.
Shout it from the rooftops each and every day "This is what the democrats voted for- we neither approve nor disapprove of these bills."

But, alas, the democrats will STILL convince their supporters it was all a trick by the evil republicans, and the country will be in worse shape and no one (democrats, anyway) will be able to figure out what went wrong.

What Ransom, pretty much alone, seems to have missed is that the Democrats don't have to vote for a tax hike bill. The Republicans voted for one 12 years ago (extended by a compromise for two years) and it will go into effect in January. The Democrats only plan on passing...
