Did Dr. Williams ever say anything about Ron Paul? I know Dr. Sowell said he was "unelectable" - at least Pat Buchanan had some good things to say about him. I'm not too worried about Pat's protectionism - at least the Constitution grants Congress the authority to put tarrifs on goods. Also, Vox Day (a Libertarian - voxday.blogspot.com/) seems to be leaning away from free trade and towards protectionism, based on free trade not really being all that free...

Vox Day is not a libertarian -- he just claims to be. Only a complete damned fool wants to give the government more power over our economy.

I'll go with Sowell and Williams on economic matters any day.
