If you read me regularly, you’ll know that there are very few things that I feel strongly about ;-). I’m kind of a wilting violet in print, who tries hard not to impose his views on readers. Instead, I paint words pictures of objective fact, interlaced with strongly-reasoned logical progressions that allows readers to form their own opinions unguided by me. (Take a deep breath here, and clean the coffee off your nose, chin, lips and computer screen)
Today is no different.
Unions suck.
Really they do. I have said this before, as an objective fact:
“They suck the money out...












but as Sports Illustrated has written, the pity the teams facing the Buckeyes next fall for they will be wreaking pay-back for the unjust snub they received
I have long contended that when the schools are making millions from the football teams they should be allowed to give the players a weekly stipend, since for all practical purposes they are employees of the school
on the other hand, I also believe that if you can't get into the universities because of academic ability, you shouldn't be there to play sports either
