so what's keeping ya ?? go now and stop whining like all the RP supporters so.
Mccain and Graham have both indicated that they will probably vote for cloture and let it go to the floor where they will vote against Hagle and Hagel will be confirmed. "They're voting for him before they vote against him ! " They speak through both sides of their mouths. Appearing tough while going along gor the ride. Time to fill the senate with some younger and younger thinking conservatives and get rid of the dinosaurs like McCain who only pretends to be a conservative. I'm 65, bald and grey but I can't stand seeing our country run by these old hodgers who all seem to be operating from a position od senility half the time.
Did you ever get past the 6th grade? You missed the whole point Jason was trying to make ! Your picture of employers sitting behind their desks stuffing their pockets with money is extremely sophomoric. You might have to look that up in a dictionatry if you have one or know what one is,
Australia is surrounded by water making it much easier to keep unwanted immigrants out so it's not really a fair comparison. Hard for "illegals" to walk across water to get into Australia as they do at our southern border.

Every governor that ever stood in a school doorway to block entry of a black child, was a Democrat. Every police cheif who turned loose dogs and fire hoses on Freedom Marchers, was a Democrat. U.S. Senator, Al Gore Sr, yes that one, filibustered to try to stop the Civil Rights Act of 1964, was a Democrat, as were all his Democrat colleagues who filibustered with him. No wonder Democrats feel guilty about the way balcks have been treated in this country as they were the ones doing it to them. Safe bet that most slave-owners were also Democrats. An interesting juxtaposition, wouldn't you say.

In his own books he makes derogitory remarks about white people and how he has learned to manipulate them by "acting' nice and "not appearing to be angry". If he ain't stickin' it to whitey, who's he stickin' it to ?
In reference to Raving; Psalm notes that " to argue with a fool is like a dog returning to his own vomit" Raving is both the fool and the vomit !

Gold, a symbol of a symbol, therefore by it's very nature is already twice removed from reality. Black Elk referred to it as "... the yellow metal that makes white men crazy. " , no kidding, huh ? What better to symbolize "crazy" than government control . Thoreau, my favorite American philosopher and naturalist, died in abject poverty, go figure !

Although I agree with much of what you say as regards "distant" management, I have always held that if you don't like your job or the management there, find a different job. If you knew what the job paid when you studied for and accepted the job then don't whine about the pay (teachers, especially) the rest of us work 12 months a year for the most part and we don't whine like Democrats about conditions we accepted as a condition of employment. I am an employee, not a manager and at 64 I have seen a lot from both sides of the isle.
