Regarding #4 - Obamacare. Like many rational adults, I was horrified that Chief Justice Roberts went with the liberals to declare Obamacare constitutional. Now, I wonder if he did not do us all a favor. Think about it...he said it passed Constitutional muster only as a tax. The House is likely to remain Republican when Romney wins, and even if the Republicans win the Senate, it will not be by a veto proof majority. By making Obamacare a "TAX," Roberts ensured that the Senate cannot filibuster a repeal bill, since TAX issues are not subject to a filibuster.
