Watch Kenneth Ye of Farragut High School in Knox County, Tenn. destroy Common Core curriculum - something DC Republicans seem to be unable to do: Kenneth Ye Farragut student Dec 4th School Board http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPlB7KGVSD8
The best article I have read on the hypocrisy of Obama, Pelosi and every Democrat who voted for the unAffordable Care Act - bravo Guy!!!
"Kudos to Joe Scarborough this morning for calling out his fellow co-anchor." - really? Like he has done every day since Senators Lee, Cruz and others took a principal position against Obamacare, Joey has mocked Sen. Cruz in particular and the Tea Party as well. And if you watched 'Morning Joe' today, Scarborough's attacked Cruz again with sophomoric diatribe talking points that his leftist panel was eager to agree with. This is evident if the beginning of the video the DC posted. And if you watched 'Morning Joe' this morning, Scarborough's attacked Cruz with sophomoric diatribe talking points that his leftist panel was eager to agree with.
You're not crazy for standing with Cruz over the likes of McCain and McConnell, Cruz correctly pointed out that the McCains in the Senate will vote for cloture after Reid adds back via an amendment to refund Obamacare without affording other Senators to amend the CR. Once this occurs, McCain and his happy RINO minions will vote against the Senate's CR so they can say they voted against funding Obamacare. This is pure hypocrisy. Every Senator who attacked Cruz strategy and then gives Obama and progressives full funding to implement a horrific bill that the majority of Americans DON'T SUPPORT should be purged from the GOP.
Obamacare was ruled constitutional because it was a tax. And it's the largest tax increase in American history and everyone will pay it - businesses, people, et al. The GOP should be repealing and defunding Obamacare after Obama gave small businesses a waiver but not us average citizens. This tax was mandatory in the Affordable Care Act and the President needs Congress's approval to make such a change. And sadly, the GOP RINOs are afraid to attempt to defund Obamacare via the Continuing Resolution because they might get blame for shutting down the government. SHUT IT DOWN; Americans don't like Obamacare. Ah, but how can the GOP do so after securing that Congress and their staffers can keep their "Cadillac Health Plans" and don't have to suffer the burdens of this legislation like us commoners.
I would agree never to guarantee anything related to politics. However, Benghazi was a cover-up from the first alert the W.H. received and that was shortly after the first attack begun. Hillary knew it then and Americans will know prior to 2016 election. You combined Obama's track record and just her statement on 4 dead Americans while testifying to Congress, I truly doubt the media or even God can help her to win a national election for president.
And the leftists believe SOS Clinton will be a viable candidate in 2016. Her candidacy ended the day she uttered the following: “...With all respect, the fact is we have four dead Americans was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans,” Clinton shouted. “What difference at this point does it make...? ANGRY CLINTON EXPLODES AT QUESTIONING ON LIBYA PROTEST: ‘WE HAVE FOUR DEAD AMERICANS…WHAT DIFFERENCE AT THIS POINT DOES IT MAKE?’ http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/01/23/clinton-explodes-at-gop-senators-libya-questioning-we-have-four-dead-americans-what-difference-at-this-point-does-it-make/ And the answer to her foolish question is the American People.
Concise and logical comments are a pleasure to read and thank you. However, I disagree with your point on Reagan and changing demographics. Reagan had the ability to speak to the common person and I believe he would have still won in a landslide today. Perhaps the margin would be less, but he was an amazing leader with great people skills.
Before the House votes to delay the individual mandate, perhaps they should tell the administration that it's unconstitutional for a president not to implement any part of Obamacare. The employer mandate is part of the legislation and only Congress has the power to vote to delay implementation of any part. The House vote today implies that the President, like any monarch, can enforce only parts of existing law.
