Maryanne, if they have the good family values, what explains the 50% out of wedlock birthrate and almost 50% high school dropout rate? Then we get to the gang membership, crime statistics, and drunk driving deaths. All of us know some very good hispanic people with great values and the model of the community, but a group has to be judged by the averages of the group not just the exemplary individuals.
