If I remember correctly they were out of the san francisco office and they had him meet them in the Denny's parking lot up at Lake Tahoe. I also seem to recall that he was recently re-instated to his job pending further investigation. So much for whistle blower protections huh? As for the Reno ATF vs State of NV issues, there is still a lovers quarrel going on and the ATF isn't/wasn't accepting any cases from the state. Sadly for me no gun issues since they (if I ever really had any) were lost in a tragic boating accident over the Maryanas Trench.

Washington D.C. - According to credible ATF sources, officials heavily involved in Operation Fast and Furious and named as partially responsible for the program's failure by Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz and the House Oversight Committee have been stripped of their government security clearances while some have been fired, demoted, and transferred. Criminal charges are also reportedly pending.
