Katie- great points. Wealthy Leftists are so hypocritical. So many have ARMED security. So many live in the capitalist world looking for the lowest tax breaks they can get. They live pristine, one upsmanship lives where they can do and say what they want. BUT when it comes to the common masses (us) they want to control usand have us all on the same page. Its okay for Parker and Duncan to do that type of thing- if an NRA member did it??? All hell would break loose. Whitlock and Costas live in a world where they can judgmentally look out their ivory towers (particularly Costas along with his buddy Ken Burns) and make snap judgments on issues they know little about. One thing liberals never want to look at is the human heart or mind and motivations. They make people into deterministic little robots who are pre-programmed to behave certain ways by sinister forces and inanimate objects. Never does it occur to them that people make choices- often bad ones and evil intent lurks. But just like with economics certain people are victims and solely reactive to the evil intent of OTHERS-the rich or the NRA or God or whatever. Its excuseville for the perpetual victim class.
