2. Bogus again, cherry-picking unrelated numbers - Black population, 13.1% of the total population http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/00000.html . Minorities as a whole constituted 34.1% of the federal workforce in fiscal 2011 and blacks are 17.8% of that 34.1%, not of 100%. The 34.1% is made up of 17.8 % black, 8.1% Hispanic, 5.6% Asian/Pacific Islander, 1.7% American Indian/Alaska Native, and 0.8% non-Hispanic/multi-racial. The workforce was 65.9 percent non-minorities at the end of fiscal 2011, 0.3 percent less than a year earlier. http://federaldaily.com/articles/2012/06/26/federal-minority-recruitment-efforts-produce-small-gains.aspx Federal Daily (http://s.tt/1fYl7)

1. This is bogus - The President visited Corona Del Mar for a campaign breakfast and the City manager of the City of Newport decides to bill the campaign for costs for a police lieutenant, a sergeant, 2 officers, a reserve officer, a senior dispatch officer, a community service officer plus overtime. Did the campaign request a stepped up presence or is this just an attempted money-grab? (http://www.coronadelmartoday.com/28451/home/city-sends-obama-campaign-35k-invoice-for-cdm-visit/ ). According the Secret Service, security is their job, not the campaign’s and they didn’t and any cost concerns should be directed toward that agency http://articles.latimes.com/2012/jul/30/local/la-me-0730-obama-bill-20120730 “A Secret Service official
