Tabby, you're full of straw men and evidently full of... uh... other stuff. I pray for and fully support Israel. I also support the elimination of all U.S. government foreign aid - including tax dollars going to Israel. BTW, I don't see any problem with offering strategic military support to our key ally in that region of the world. While I don't want my tax dollars going to the Israeli government, or any other government, I am glad to make donations to NGO's that benefit Israel. It's hard to elaborate on the breadth of my political and religious views concerning Israel in such limited space. Let's just suffice it to say that Christians should support Israel, otherwise they are not truly Christian.
