Rubio is currently one of only a handful of elected Republicans who can articulate conservatism without stumbling over his words or using a teleprompter. Rand Paul also falls into that category. If the GOP wants to reach out to Hispanics, isn't it a GOOD thing that they have selected a conservative to do so? Senator Rand Paul has been selected by the Tea Party Express to give the Tea Party response to President Obama's State of the Union address next week. Paul's response will come directly after the Republican response by Senator Marco Rubio and will be given from the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
