Unfortunately, the cost of living means that by the time you're able to live upper-middle-class, you're taxed back into LOWER-middle. THAT'S why everybody's leaving.


Hollywood is shifting production away from Los Angeles thanks to something many of its stars seem to oppose—lower taxes.
