Sorry you had to go through that, Ed. You're right about that profession, though. I have never met anyone in mental health/counseling/etc. who had a remotely conservative view of life.

Not totally, but when they control 2/3 of the federal gov't, plus the entire bureaucracy and many of the courts, there is some degree of dependence.
I apologize to those who are impressed, but it's a little too bizarre to be effective. The music really puts it over the edge. Watch it again and pretend you're a six-year-old kid and I think it will start to creep you out.
My memory isn't the best, but didn't we win a couple of early special elections in 2011? People started thinking it was a great sign for 2012, which didn't quite pan out. Until the massive (mostly) urban voter fraud is resolved, regional elections like this won't translate into national victories. We will never overcome the sheer math of the opposition having six votes each.
A year ago I was reading every morning of the "gaffes" that Mitt had made. I could never find a quote, or a video of the actual gaffe (Olympics gaffe, Etch-a-Sketch gaffe, illegal betting gaffe, etc), but pages and pages of articles about how the latest one would doom his campaign. Here's an actual stupid quote by Kerry, planned or not, and it's reported widely as a "breakthrough."

Divide the number of votes Obama got six and compare that to Romney's total. Romney is President.
. . . a fact that has slowly, painfully become evident to me over the last couple of decades. I recently found some articles written in the early 1900s by opponents of the suffrage movement, and their much-maligned predictions have all come true.

I have that thought whenever I read Dr. Williams. It isn't that his logic is lost on those folks -- it never even reaches them.

Well said, Extra. I would like to think my great-grandchildren will see this clearly, but unfortunately they will be reading history books written by BO's fellow travelers.

I heard Milt was at the MO state fair and laughed at the clown. He's now sharing a cell with the Benghazi video perpetrator.
