Why a Good Person Can Vote Against Same-Sex Marriage

The fact that normal people have to apologize for being normal shows just how far this country has fallen. Touchy-feely B-S like the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (which has done nothing for black people since 1964) will be the death of the country. That single law has created more resentment and animosity than anything. Now, we have sexual deviants wanting "civil rights" based on their own freaky-deaky. Homosexuality, I guess, is the "good" deviance, while the others--pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, pederasty--are the "bad" ones. As with the vast majority of the problems facing this nation, the LEFT is to be blamed. Civil war is coming, and, frankly, I can't wait. The USSR was right--we will be destroyed from within by an enemy Left.

The primary explanation is this: Proponents and opponents ask two different questions.

Proponents of same-sex marriage ask: Is keeping the definition of marriage as man-woman fair to gays? Opponents of same-sex marriage ask: Is same-sex marriage good for society?

Few on either side honestly address the question of the other side. Opponents of same-sex marriage rarely acknowledge...
