Mr. Buchanan, you asked what should Americans die for? Well, in 2013, liberals would say that everyone should die for diversity, tolerance and the honor of having a homosexual woo your son.

"Diversity" and "tolerance" will be the end of the nation. It is much like the move to integrate the schools. Ending segregation is one thing, but forcing integration--diversity, tolerance--is another thing. RIP USA.

Excellent column. I am a teacher and coach. If there is anything in public education that needs reform--and there is PLENTY--then it is special education. What a boondoggle. If the kids are not handicapped when they get in special education, they will be when they leave. It is ridiculous some of the "accommodations" listed on a student's IEP (Individual Education Plan). About the only thing missing is a line that says "Teacher should place pencil in his or her hand and do the assignment of student." "IEP" also stand for "I Expect to Pass," as in it is next to impossible to fail a special ed student, even one who is absent a ton and lazy as can be. "Grit," as mentioned in the article, is totally absent from this generation of slackers, the "everyone gets a trophy" generation.

White people have to be the most gullible of any tribe--or is it just the left wing kook whites? While every group out there--illegal Mexicans, blacks, Asians, (and even homos)--votes their own agenda, whites are somehow told not to do so, that such is racist or whatever. Why? Because of the Left, which has used identity politics to destroy America since the God-awful 1960s. America, I am so glad you were the nation you were when I was a kid. I feel sorry for those young people now, who have to live here. At least, I feel sorry for those who vote sensibly.

Such won't happen, Mr. Williams. The Left has worked its victimology myth on blacks, and blacks have bought it hook, line and sinker. The Left now has moved that narrative to homosexuals. Expect all the negative stuff associated with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to happen again with homosexuals: affirmative action, discrimination lawsuits, widespread victim mentalities, etc., etc.

"Homophobic"-- a term created by left wing kooks and homosexuals to disparage normal people who are repulsed by the notion of one man bending another man over and assaulting his alimentary canal.
