Glenn242 Eliminate the special tax-exempt status granted to environmental groups, since they are not nonpartisan charitable foundations. Eliminate special statutory authority granting environmental groups standing to bring lawsuits on behalf of the public, since their main purpose is to pursue the Statist's agenda through litigation. Fight all efforts to use environmental regulations to set governmental industrial policies and diminish the nation's standard of living, such as "cap-and-trade" to regulate "man-made climate change."

Really solve the problem with the Environazi lawsuits, make them loser pays. When they are forced to pay the millions in legal fees for the oil companies instead of being able to negotiate big settlements for their attorneys the lawsuits will stop. Make it illegal to file a suit until actual damage has been done. You can't sue someone for driving down your street because they MIGHT hit your kid, why are they allowed to sue companies that haven't done anything illegal nor have they caused any damage?

On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. “The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.”

The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”

So maybe Allen West wasn’t crazy to ask for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in this county. According to...
