Team Romney: It's Go Time

Romney's campaign team is doing just what it needs to. They are fine. Obama's campaign team is lost. It is trying to play Romney into a corner and paint him as a 'birther' or if not...weak-willed to stand up to any of his supporters large or small who speaks out on the frail argument Obama is tottering and tilting on regarding all his past. Giving more airtime, public thoughts, and investigation regarding info about all Obama's records, especially his foreign student status, will eventually damage his efforts more. There are no more October surprises from his campaign, everything is predictable and based off timetables of political survival. That strategy is easily defeatable.

Given more airtime (especially during upcoming debates), we will see that Romney has no ideas at all -- like he's just promised to reduce unemployment to 6%, except he doesn't explain how he's going to do it.

Empty Suit.

You mean like Obama promising unemployment wouldn't get past 8 %?

It's official: Mitt Romney is the GOP nominee and will battle President Obama for the White House. Team Romney has released a new video, "The Promise of America," to kick things off.

It has almost been one year since Mitt Romney announced his campaign for president in Stratham, New Hampshire. As he clinches the delegates needed for the Republican nomination, we look back on this journey to restore the promise of America.

In a classy move, President Obama actually called Romney today to congratulate him
