If Obama Wins Who Would Prevent Collapse?

Fritz, you're very correct. In my eyes, the one true conservative candidate that could have helped us avert the upcoming Congress was Mitt-canned by the establishment to protect their corporate interests. Our global empire will collapse eventually, and all our troops will be coming home so America will end up isolationist anyway. To keep the economic engine rolling, we'll be adopting a foreign policy of non-interventionism - trade and talk with other countries instead of throwing out foreign aid while bombing them. Austerity is coming to us soon, Mr and Mrs America. Better wake up to that fact and prepare yourselves.

*upcoming CRISIS. I don't know how Congress got in there. There is a coordinated effort across the country to form a new party called "The Liberty Party" inspired by Dr. Ron Paul. If we can get it going by 2014 for the midterm elections, it'll be interesting to see how either party will try to subvert it like the establishment RINOs did to the TEA Party.

Aha! I knew from your last post, the one preceding this one, that you were off your rocker .Ron Paul is an extremist and he can only hurt America by trying to establish a third party and therefore split the vote which would please BHO immensely.

The Liberty Party wouldn't be founded by Ron Paul and won't come into play until 2016. It's founded by the grass roots which the Republicans unabashedly proved they don't need with all their rules changes. You witnessed it I'm sure and you obviously supported it, yet you accuse ME of being off MY rocker? Funny, I thought it was "We the People" not "We the Party." You're even more off your rocker if you think the course we're on is sustainable and R&R are gonna wave magic wands to make things better but don't worry your empty little head because when the Mitt hits the fan, I'll still be defending your freedom to express it.

As for Ron Paul being an extremist - how is liberty and actually wanting smaller government extreme? The troops will be coming home anyway, regardless of whomever the establishment picks because we can't afford to keep borrowing money to bomb other countries and then rebuild them while our own nation crumbles. Not only can we not afford it, but when the entitlement programs come to a screeching halt, the troops will have to come home to protect the government from the next civil war. Then we WILL have a foreign policy of non-interventionism. The American Empire Adventurism will cease, to become the beacon of liberty it is meant to be.

The economy can’t recover until housing recovers, and neither can recover until the labor market recovers.

From Credit Suisse compliments of ZeroHedge.com:

[This measure of labor demand suggests businesses have become a lot less willing to hire in the last two months. Jobless claims in recent months are not showing a deteriorating picture for the layoff side of payrolls, but help wanted online ads are showing weakness on the hiring side.

Biggest two-month drop since the recession three years ago. Help wanted online ads posted a second straight triple-digit decline in Aug after Jul’s big drop. Importantly, new ads accounted for...
