The most astonishing comment Nobama made was "I don't know what is in the bill". He has been roaming the country trying to get a bill past that he has no knowledge of.

I believe most people would say he lacks leadership ability. I doubt there are very many CEO's who don't know what is going on in his/her company.

I don't think even Obama can find a judge who is as liberal as Stevens. There won't be any change to the court unless the GOP prevents another radical nominee. Probably too many Rino's to expect that.
