In a nearby thread, a democrat congressman essentially states that Barack Obama's 2006 vote AGAINST raising the debt limit was, "unreal". His strength of convictions and very vocal pushback was real in 2006, just not now. What else is "unreal" in the democrap party? Apparently everything declared to be so when it is determined as convenient... Well then, how can anyone trust a democrap with anything of a serious nature. The debt limit is surely a serious issue, at least in the minds of conservatives. It is a bit refreshing to observe the glimpse of truth as spoken by that democrap congresswoman.

Paging CNN host Piers Morgan. A new Rasmussen Report shows an overwhelming majority of Americans believe the Second Amendment and gun rights are necessary to protect against tyranny.

Two-out-of-three Americans recognize that their constitutional right to own a gun was intended to ensure their freedom.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 65% of American Adults think the purpose of the Second Amendment is to make sure that people are able to protect themselves from tyranny. Only 17% disagree, while another 18% are not sure.

In case you missed it...
