As an American I am livid that Elijah Cummings demands "non-partisan" process, however, allows key players in the carrying out of calculated, methodical abusive powers to essentially skate away with no questions answered-----and no accountability in the process

As Trey Gowdy says, It constitutes testimony-----of which Americans should have the ability to cross examine her on. We should be able to challenge her testimony that she is innocent of any crimes or violations of rules and regulations.

Smitty----we need to get transcripts from that meeting. The American people should demand the inside information in the same way that the white house got access to home phones, cell phones, etc., of over 100 reporters on the premise of determining their "investigative" process-----and not specifically the "leaking" of secret information.

What a LOAD of Krap: Elijah Cummings makes his opening statement one of pleading that a "non partisan" investigation ensue. We have what is construed as one of the most abusive and calculating and methodical systematic targeting of conservatives by a government agency---which at the heart of it is a, CAMPAIGN ISSUE, to re-elect Obama with relative ease, and, have a key individual, Ms. Lerner, invoking the Fifth Amendment in this "non partisan" examination.
