Okay, folks. Here's the true story from WND Exclusive: "Press Suckered By Chick-fil-A Fairytale." You can go to and see the "rest of the story". This came out a few days before Dave's article, but the stories probably got crossed in the ethernet. The story is that the Detroit Free Press story claimed that "Chick-fil-A says it will stop funding antigay groups." Except, they never did. The company's anti-discrimination policy has not changed from months ago when the furor started. This should never have been an issue in the first place. It's nobody's business who gives what to what charity. End of story, right? Probably not when the leftists get onto something. SPIN!

It is so tough being a conservative these days.

When I first heard about published reports that Chick-Fil-A had supposedly reached some kind of an “agreement” with a bullying Chicago alderman to stop donating money to Christian groups like Focus on the Family in order to get permission to open a new store in Chicago, the anguished phone calls from Chick-Fil-A supporters came flooding into my radio show today.

If the reports are even remotely true, the backlash from Judeo-Christian conservatives might just make the opposition that the activists drummed up seem like a walk in the park...
