For the President to say what he said, some non-sense about a trailer for a movie on youtube, it goes to competence. Seriously, protocols for these situations concerning embassys require CIC notification. And are required in such a way that not doing so is grounds for lengthy prison terms. Obama knew about the situation, had a real time video feed within moments the attack began. This on top of direct communications with the people at the compound thru out the entire 7 hour attack. The only person in the chain of command with the authority to make the "stand down" call is that big earred fool in the white house. Hillary can say all she wants, but the protocols in place dictate that she is lying her butt off.

On June 6 of this year, a bomb planted at the U.S. compound in Benghazi ripped a 12-foot-wide hole in the outer wall.

On June 11, the British ambassador's motorcade was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade, wounding a medic and doctor. The next day, the ambassador was gone and the British Benghazi post was closed.
