Bill Clinton (8 years), George W. Bush (8 years), Barack Obama (please let it be only 4 years). All three were former pot-heads. That will be 20 years that the leader of the free world was a former drug-user. And you better believe just about every member of the voting public voted for one of these clowns. What kind of country is this when one stoner can lose their job, their home, their car, and spend years in jail and another stoner can become the commander-in-chief of the most powerful military in human history?
President Barack Obama's drug czar, Gil Kerlikowske, doesn't like the term "drug war." He argues that none of the smart guys in law enforcement uses it.

Instead, the smart guys talk about middle-of-the-road strategies that emphasize treatment over incarceration -- as did both Presidents Richard Nixon and George W. Bush -- while they also advocate tough law enforcement.
