Ronald Reagan Flashback: A Rendezvous With Destiny

I listened to this speech in its entirety last night. Masterful and so apropos to today's world. It was like the voice of a prophet from the Bible- as though Mr. Reagan was looking ahead to this time in seeing it in its entirety. Yet I still got this sinking feeling that listening to him was like listening to someone from a better time and a time NEVER to be returned to. I personally see no resolution to this crisis and believe that someday (perhaps sooner than we think) there could be violence. I dont wish it and dont like the prospect, but when a party does what the dems are doing and a man is violating our constitution I see little that can change it as he violates his oath and people are helpless in the face of it and enough are willing

..to tolerate it if not actually promote it. Recently on CNN Rahm Emmanuel (dead fish) stated that only if Obama felt the need to use an executive order would he use it and that it was Obama's choice and his choice only. Now the question I have is what is the difference between that and crowning a King or stating that a man is dictator? NONE. We have a dictator in principle and that is frightening as the people (enough) wanted it. Good luck America.

Taxes should hurt,” Reagan said
BTW Reagan used executive orders more times in his first four years than Obama. Obama 141 - Reagan 212.

In the words of Bobby Jindal " stop being the stupid party"
