If I could edit this, I'd have removed "They are adults, not children." for being redundant, and rewritten: "People who stray out of the norm are 'righteously' discriminated against by their peers and punished by their own decision to not being productive upstanding citizens." as "People who stray out of the norm are 'righteously' discriminated against by their peers and punished by their decision to not be productive upstanding citizens." In any case, you get the point. It is time to stop looking to the government for policing our morality. Give us the freedom to discriminate, and we'll police ourselves with peer pressure.

Chistian70-As a General Rule I stay completely out of the "Same Sex" Arena , and that is exactly how the topic usually ends, but I must agree with you in this case! I particularly favor your ""we should let adults be adults". II can't, nor do I profess to speak for others, but I have always felt that a great part, if not the majority of vocal outcry relating to the "Marriage" controversy has more to do with the demand for APPROVAL of the actuality, not necessarily the SANCTION of said action(s)!
