We can call it kangaroo court.
If you want to ban immigration for those reasons, you'll need to ban all entry. A foreign terrorist doesn't need to become a citizen to do this.
I say, lets give it an honest shot. If the allegations are correct earth quakes and combustible water will become more of an issue. It'll become something everyone knows about, and then we'll do something about it in the appropriate way. Perhaps not all of the wells pollute the ground water, perhaps not all of the wells cause earth quakes. The only way to know for sure is to do it more.

They can always put their child up for adoption... if they truly don't want her, I don't understand why they feel better about killing her than letting someone else raise her.
If I could edit this, I'd have removed "They are adults, not children." for being redundant, and rewritten: "People who stray out of the norm are 'righteously' discriminated against by their peers and punished by their own decision to not being productive upstanding citizens." as "People who stray out of the norm are 'righteously' discriminated against by their peers and punished by their decision to not be productive upstanding citizens." In any case, you get the point. It is time to stop looking to the government for policing our morality. Give us the freedom to discriminate, and we'll police ourselves with peer pressure.
You cannot counterfeit a right. This isn't about that at all. This is about conformity. You could argue that we should be a more conformist society in the 1950s model. People who stray out of the norm are 'righteously' discriminated against by their peers and punished by their own decision to not being productive upstanding citizens. Naturally, we can't change our skin color, so that area of discrimination was eliminated with time. But gays can ignore their unproductive desires, much like the rest of us chose not to drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes or play video games all day. I am however, of the opinion that we should let adults be adults. If there is a consequence, let them suffer it. They are adults, not children.
