By stripping all of the real conservatives in the house from their posts on committees, John Boehner has hastened the destruction of the republican party. It's beyond time for a change. The constitution party is based on following the constitution to the letter, which means reigning the federal government in and getting it back to it's roots, the things that made our country so great in the first place; liberty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness, not the pursuit of power like the Demublicans seem so intent on. www.constitutionparty.com

In reality, we should combine the tea party, the libertarian party, the constitution party, the green party and what is left of the Republican party (throwing out the RINOS) and form a new conservative party that is based on the Constitution, but I really don't see this happening. What we have to do now is get mean and start advertising like the Dems do...truth means nothing. If we are not willing to learn to play the game and use their tactics against them, we won't win. Good guys seem to come in last.

Okay, it’s official. According to the Treasury Department, the U.S. debt jumped to $16.1 trillion in 2012 from $14.8 trillion in 2011. That’s a $1.3 trillion deficit for the last year. Remarkable. During President Obama’s first term, the federal debt rose by roughly $6 trillion.

Now, if they are bold, House Republicans will take advantage of these dismal numbers. Bold means bold spending cuts, as in cut spending like there’s no tomorrow. Bold means implementing the $1.2 trillion spending sequester. Bold means an absolute rock-solid commitment to spending cuts. A new Rasmussen survey shows that 62 percent of Americans favor across-the-board...
