The magazine he had is a 30 round magazine. He was in possession of a proscribed magazine in Washington DC. In WDC it is against the law to possess, sell, buy, give, receive etc. any magazine that will allow a firearm to shoot 30 times without reloading. Per Associated Press. The police chief says she is investigating if it was a "real" magazine or not. He said it was real. I think they should prosecute him for that possession. If it was you or me, they certainly would through us in jail.
