It's quite clear from the constitution and the tenth amendment that the federal government has no business telling people what drugs they can grow, make, use as long as they don't involve moving them across state lines. Whether or not a particular drug such as alcohol or Marijuana is illegal or not is purely a state or local matter. The same thing applies to activities between consenting adults. If the federal government stayed within the boundaries provided by the constitution and bill of rights we would not be in the mess we are in now. Read it, understand it, follow it: http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html

I agree with you to a certain point. However, if a willing adult and a willing sheep were going to engage in 'activities' would you have a problem with that. How about a willing adult and a willing 8 year old child? How about the sale of heroin to children? If you say you would limit chldrens' ability to buy heroin or to have sex with adults, on what Constitutional basis or principle would you base your argument?

Dear Comrade Boy Georgia,

You’re right about Obama wanting to bring taxes to historic levels, although like most liberals you don’t understand what you are saying. Still, rest assured, if you did understand what you said about taxes at historic levels, you’d be for that too.
