I feel pretty darn good knowing I have the opportunity to defend my family if and when the time comes. Look at the concentration of crimes, specifically crimes committed with firearms. You will notice several things. 1. the inner-cities are becoming exceedingly dangerous (rampant gangs, poor parenting, etc...) 2. Legal gun owners rarely commit these crimes. 3. Focus is in areas which have high concentrations of minorities (before you shout racism, I'm an American that happens to black). 4. Citizens cannot protect themselves because restrictive laws to include this sue happy culture we have.

Following the shooting in Newtown, CT a suburban New York newspaper sparked quite an uproar among gun enthusiasts by publishing names and addresses of residents who held pistol permits. Now this same newspaper is looking to publish even more names.

More names and addresses will bed added to a map that was originally posted on Christmas Eve in the Journal News from White Plains, NY. The first map listed thousands of pistol permit holders in Westchester and Rockland county, which are just north of New York City.

Along with an article entitled "The gun owner next door: What...
