He did not say that. Simply, did not. States and Cities tax items they can tax and they use taxes to modify behavior, plastic bags, liquor, cigarettes. I live in the bluest city of the bluest state in the union and last month I bought three handguns (2 used), completely legally, from a dealer, and I didn't have to deal with any regulation that I didn't have to thirty years ago. Oh, they had to give me locks with them, but other than that, the same background form I had to fill out thirty years ago. Yes, it's easier to buy guns in some states than it is in others, but that's not Federal Law. The guy won the election.He's not secret about what he'll do, but your information is wrong.
