Read my reply, #45 May 26 2:27pm. Why is it so hard for you to understand that minimum wage is just an entry level wage. Also, any minimum wage increase just causes me to raise prices.

I started my first job as a dishwasher at $1.60 per hr. I was 15 yrs old. Three months later I got my first raise to $1.70. Three months after that I was promoted to a cook at $2.75 per hr. Six years later I was the manager making about $25,000 a year. I am the owner of a restaurant now making $350,000+ a yr. Hard work and a desire to succeed is all it takes.
