Exactly! They aren't on the right - they are crony capitalist corporatists shoveling our money to their pals companies, directed by the Chamber of Commerce. When's the last time you heard any of them defend or even mention our constitution? Losers surrender without a fight and call it strategic. Winners stand up for their constituents, make cogent, articulate arguments, often lose, but eventually win after their correct argument is understood by the majority. The reason these establishment idiots don’t have the votes in the Senate is that they haven't been incessantly making the fact based, logical arguments that needed to have been made over the last five years! Have any of them gone out beyond the liberal media's filter and directly explained to the people how the cataclysmic spending and debt directly hurts them and devastates the futures of their child and grandchildren...even once? NO! If these dirt bags spend one quarter of the time they spend placating leftist sophistry, attacking principled constitutional conservatives and pushing illegal alien amnesty (at the expense of the citizenry), the truth would have already resonated among the people.

Open your eyes Derek – we, the constitution and the civil society are losing badly- to a coordinated gang of thug Democrats who have never had more than Lies to support their policies! But they never give up! Did the Democrats follow your foreordained nonsense strategy on: Healthcare (IE) Hillarycare? DOMA? Redefining Marriage to now include Gay Marriage? Nationalizing our nation's banks? Nationalizing the Auto industry? Pushing their climate Hoax, green wealth redistribution campaign? NO OF COURSE NOT! They simply changed its name from Global Warming to Climate Change; and Al Gore who as VP was selling cows for a living at $6k a pop, is now worth over $200 Million. Wake up Pal, the current incompetent, marble mouth GOP leadership is effectively a 5th Column" working in concert with Obama to take down our once great nation. I read your column regularly and until now, had never realized how blind you are to the severity of what’s happening. Perhaps, you’re ignorance is rooted in a lack of knowledge. I suggest you spent time researching our nation’s founding - including the debates, arguments and intellectual reasoning the framers applied when drafting our constitution. Then and only then, can you possibly understand the ongoing systematic dissolution of the greatest document ever drafted. Although it’s been under attack for over a Century; under Obama, each day our constitution is being shredded, as our pathetic so-called leaders sit around in bewilderment, claiming they are powerless. Why is it that: when the Democrats were the minority in both the Senate and Congress, and then after 6 years, only a majority in one house( as the GOP does today) - that they managed to hold hostage spending bills, expanded the government and blocked more presidential judicial appointments than had ever been blocked in American History? You call yourself conservative as you parrot the big government fallacy of Peter Wehner, the Bush Staffer’s cabal, Karl Rove and Rockefeller Leftist Gerson at the Washington post. You have but two choices: 1) educate yourself on history and the true meaning of constitutional conservatism, or 2) Refer to yourself as conservative, while remaining a fraud hack, promulgating fantasies, redefining human nature and promoting corporatist crony capitalism with the aforementioned dirt-bags.

Wrong. Derek, your entire argument is based on accepting that we have pathetically incompetent leadership, which we need to coddle and work with it. NO! If these dirt bags spend one quarter of the time they spend placating leftist sophistry, attacking principled constitutional conservatives and pushing illegal alien amnesty (at the expense of the citizenry), the truth would have already resonated among the people. The facts are clear, not only does leadership thwart adherence to its own party platform, it aggressively and viciously attacks any member of its party who does. I ask unprincipled, self-proclaimed conservative Derek do you pay attention to history at all? For heaven sakes- barely 2 months ago- while making an excuse for passing Obama's repugnant Veteran pension cutting budget, serial liar Paul Ryan looked us in the eye and said, "Just wait for the debt-ceiling, that is where we will make our stand because that is where we will have leverage." Gee, Derek, no big deal right? You must be a ‘severe’ conservative like Mitt Romney. You my friend are the problem and have not a clue what you are talking about. Furthermore, it isn't as if dirt-bag, so called ‘strategist’ Politicians you blindly follow like a Rat tailing the bagged piper, didn't have time to build their case in support of fiscal sanity. They just finished trying to jam amnesty for illegal aliens down our throats - against the will of the American Citizenry! This was an effort they had been working on behind the scenes for well over a year.
Conn Corral has just exposed.himself a Another Putrid Big Govt Hack. Ya, conservatives sitting at home, working and minding their lives are responsible for the incompetence and traitorous leadership of John Boehner and his lackeys.
"The danger in saying that we need an alternative to Obamacare is that the alternative, given today's Republicans, would be based on the current Obamacare template, or premise, which is with the government running it. 'We'll just do it in a smarter, better way.' No. Whatever happens, this thing needs to implode and be done away with, and the whole notion that the government is front and center in health care needs to be erased."

Obama Sells Old Ideas as New

Utopianism substitutes glorious predictions and unachievable promises for knowledge science and reason, while laying claim to them all. You will hear Obama do this, you will hear Clinton do it, you will hear them all do it. And yet there is nothing new in deception disguised as hope and nothing original in abstraction framed as progress. Experience is a handicap.
