Nice tryu, but sounds like a better title would be "What America Would be like if We All Agreed with All of Hawkin's Positions". But I think I would settle for separate but equal societies and leave the rest to sort itself out. Interesting that he forgot to mention the detoxification of entertainment media, and assumes racism would be "practically non-existant". Show me a group of people who are not racist (that is, racially aware) and I will show you fresh fish for the radicals, of an endangered species at that. We once had the idea we were all in this together, not so much in a different race or class we have today. And notions the government would have balanced budgets seem utopian given imbalances go back to the 1700s.

Equality is the starting line, geopolitical separatism is the finish line. If productive suburbs are taxed to support consuming cities this is separate, but unequal-- Two societies with different roles. One creates wealth, the other consumes it. The central government extorts, but to direct profits from the distribution to their political cronies.

If every American was a Christian conservative Tea Partier...

1) …There would be fewer regulations, lower taxes, a business-friendly environment, and a much smaller government that would lead to considerably stronger economic growth and job creation. In fact, we'd probably have to dramatically increase the number of work permits we hand out to foreign workers, not because there are "jobs Americans won't do" (which don't actually exist), but because so many Americans would be employed that we'd have to bring in more people to do all of the available work.
