Please show me in the constitution where it says the above. The declaration of Independence says "WE THE PEOPLE" not We the 5/9ths of the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS is supreme over the courts, NOT THE PEOPLE, and WE THE PEOPLE have the ability and power to override any decision.
