Thank you for writing the article Mr. Buchanan. Reading it I realized just how little I knew about the world we live in.

Saving America From Greedy Politicians

I wouldn’t call Alice naïve; greedy businessman is the one that pays the politicians. I have never heard of a poor politician. Definitively, I like both of your comments. This conversation in the media about sacrifice is a code name for marginalizing a whole new layer of society, the old and the sick. The able bodies are here to produce and to consume; we are the milking cows and the honeybees, we are being harvested like the livestock my friend.

Jeanie and Mr. Ranson If I my respectfully suggest that in addition to our democratically elected government, there are also organizations, chambers of commerce and financial institutions that are actively involved in writing policy and implementing resolutions that directly affect relationships between the Land and its People. The federal and municipal governments are only the micro managers of our daily activities. I can clearly see that someone have exerted some serious effort in writing this article; and definitively is the best one that I have read on the subject. Why Do People Believe in Fantasies?

The gift of gab is a wonderful thing. During the campaign politicians tell us all the sweet lies that we like to hear. Once elected, they cater to their corporate sponsors and treat the rest of us like the livestock, harvesting our labor. What we should do is present them with the transcript of the campaign promises made during the camping and have them sign it before the swearing in ceremony. That would give the voters a legal resource during politician’s term in the Office. Maybe Mr. Stossel can take that up for the 2012 campaign? Make that contract with America legally binding. Once in the office the politician has the power, everybody believes that!
