My ancestors have lived in the Carolinas, AL, and MS for over 200 years. When I was 3 my American parents and I moved overseas and stayed 20 years. My brother was born overseas. He is a natural-born American citizen. He's also lived in the USA since 1991 (18 years, more than the 14 required in article 1, section 1). So, he is constitutionally eligible to be elected POTUS in 2012 since he turns 35 in 2011.

Also, the 14th Amendment says anyone born in the USA "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" is an American citizen. Now - I think if someone is born to illegal immigrants, they are not subjecting themselves to the...
