Sorry, I thought you said it was keeping the same tax rate for those making less than $ 250,000. Then why are you calling it a tax CUT for the middle class? Could it be that, gasp, GWB cut taxes for EVERYONE, not just the rich. And why oh why did the percentage of total income taxes paid by wealthier Americans go UP after the Bush tax cuts. Could it be that your Dem talking points were a lie, I mean wrong? Heavens, tell me it ain't so!

Yes the Bush tax cuts cut taxes for everyone. H R 15 keeps the rates low for income up to $250,000. These aren't Democrat talking points. I'm a Republican and I know this to be the facts.
