Please do not make the moral equivalency between a burgler and a child rapist. Child sex offenders have a rate of repeating thier crimes because of thier proclivity to have sex with children. This is not a once in a life time occurance, child sex offenders are predatory and remain so. So if you had to choose to bring your children up in a neighborhood of criminals would you prefer car thiefs or sex offenders??
