I do not think anyone is against reform but the public option is not the way to go. We need to reform health care with out putting it in a public arena.

This is how Obama operates. He seems, on almost all issues, to be governing from the shadows. He cannot hold the investigation on the CIA so he has someone else do it for him. It would not be rocket science to know that Obama knows and always knew about what Holder was going to do. It is the same with all the czars spread out across his departments, he cannot directly do what he wants to do. This being said the mission here is to place as many radicles as he can around him. He then is in the position to keep his reputation separate from his agenda. Its just like robbing a bank... Hire all your friends and take it from the inside and the money is gone before they even know anything is wrong.

Yet more and more examples of why this is a dead end road, literally. Is it so hard for people to open there eyes and see what is about to happen when it comes to Obamacare. You would think that this is the one subject that people would want to take full responsibility on, but I guess that just tells you the state that we are in today. Why worry you check book now when you can get it for free and pretend everything is going to be alright; Sounds a lot like the mind set of america these past months and even years. I think that through out time and history we have learned, if anything, that something that is free most of the time carries the largest burden. Everything has a cost. Everything.

Good article. This whole health care reform is all about indoctrination of people, between the ages of 18 and 25, in to government run health plans. Cutting Medicare Advantage, a program that works, and putting the money into the "underdog program" is not only wrong but playing bad politics. This is peoples lives.... Isn't it? They want people out of the private program and in to the government sponsored program, as the article says Obama is choosing to give AARP the "bid" rather then the already successful and much liked ASA. This should remind all that it is always... always about politics in the days we are in today. The people's intreat are dead.

Just like the home loans... how are we making the same mistake again? if $4,500 is the only thing holding someone back from buying a new car then you shouldnt be buying a new car. in 2006 when i traded my 97 civic in for a ford ranger they gave me 3200, so is this really a deal or just more carbon foot print politics?

Just one more tool of the liberals to bend the playing field in their direction. I, in fact, just turned off the radio from Randy Road I think her name is. I am not a person to play partisan politics but I am a member of the GOP. This Randy Road presents no facts of any kind in slamming and discrediting any and all competition on the other side. I have not looked but I would not be surprised to see her ratings collapsing along with MSNBC, CNN, and the New York Times. Even the new website presented by the white house "reality check" pretends to clear up some of the "myths" out their but offers no facts just clips of Obama and others saying what they want to do. but common sense tells us that saying one thing and knowing another is two...

There is much to be gained over there. The Talaban is still alive and growing in numbers as you can see from the article. Just like Vietnam, which was A different story altogether, I am no comparing, if you do not fight a war with 110% you will lose. This is what most, I believe, understand in this country. Involvement is a must just look at Pakistan. Our forces were guarding their nuke facility because they are incapable of doing it and did not want us in there in the beginning to resolve the problem. Sure we could stay out of it and let them take care of it but is that who you want to bet your child's life on, or the life of our nation...?
