Judge Napolitano, based on Obama's attacks on Congress last month and now his attack on the Supreme Court, stated that Obama's words are "dangerously close to totalitarianism". Between Judge Napolitano and Judge Jerry Smith of the 5th circuit one can see the foundation for impeachment of Obama being formed. Can you hear them House of Representatives? The House members, being ever cautious to avoid offending anyone, could say they are starting an investigation to ferret out the Birthers and stop them from unfairly attacking the POTUS. Under that guise they may dupe the princess and Waxman into helping. (Assuming they don't read TH, probably a very good assumption).

Even if the House were to vote Articles of Impeachment on Obumphuque, there is no way 76 Senators are going to vote to convict him.

BTW, if Obumphuque were to be removed, that would make Joke Bidumb the POTUS. We would go from a megalomaniacal power mad egotist as POTUS to a man who makes a retarded gerbil look like John Stuart Mill as POTUS.

“I’d just remind conservative commentators that for years what we’ve heard is the biggest problem on the bench is judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint...that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law,” Obama said.
