VERY TRUE. Social Security from the 30's to the 60's had the taxpayer contributions in a reserved financing gathering intrest where cingress could not touch it. LBJ and the democrats Put all that money into the general fund and used it for the vietnam war and social programs. They stole that money replaced social security with a ponzi scheme. now they claim it is going broke. WELL, if you steal money from an account you should not be shocked to find it missing.

During the Great Depression criminals like Bonnie and Clyde, Willie Sutton, Pretty Boy Floyd, John Dillinger and Baby Face Nelson robbed banks. They attained some degree of folk hero status by sticking it to banks that some felt were responsible for the Depression era misery. 

With liberal ideas firmly in the saddle, civilizing us, so to speak, we have come a long way from those dreary days. No longer would we applaud such criminals.
